Abstract:

The article presents four case studies of employees with diabetes.

The authors examine participants' post-employment accommodation needs in four areas:
- worksite accessibility;
- performance of essential job functions;
- job mastery;
- and job satisfaction.

Data were collected via the Work Experience Survey, an established career maintenance needs assessment tool.
