Employers' Forum on Disability is pleased to announce the launch of 'Attendance management and disability: Line manager guide', the next in our series of guides for line managers.

Sponsored by Unum, this guide draws on some of the questions our members have asked us on how line managers approach attendance management.

The guide makes it easier to:
- recognise the signs when someone might have a disability
- distinguish when absence might be disability related
- identify how work could be done differently to maximise the potential of your disabled staff
- make sure you do not break the law by discriminating against disabled colleagues.
