Angaben zum Forschungsprojekt

MobIQ-Nordhessen

Zielgruppen des Projekts sind junge arbeitslose Menschen mit Behinderung nach Abschluss der Ausbildung und arbeitslose erwachsene Menschen mit Behinderung.
Diese nehmen an sechswöchigen Praktika im Ausland im Schwerpunkt gewerblich-technische Ausrichtung teil, begleitet von einer gezielten fachlichen und sprachlichen Vorbereitung.

Themen:

Kennenlernen der unterschiedlichen Ansätze in der Förderung von Menschen mit Behinderung mit dem Ziel der Integration in den Arbeitsmarkt.
Schnittstellenarbeit und Kooperation mit den Jobcentern, Agenturen für Arbeit sowie Integrationsämtern und Integrationsfachdiensten unter der Beteiligung von Selbsthilfeorganisationen, Sozialpartnern.

Mobility, integration and qualification - North Hesse


Target groups of the project are young unemployed people with disability after completion of training and unemployed adults with disabilities.
These take six-week internships abroad in focus partly commercial and technical orientation, accompanied by focused professional and linguistic preparation.
